About Me:: Began my hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels in Montreal and found my passion after obtaining a graduate degree that I enjoyed but was not translatable into a 'real' job! Progressed through franchise DOS positions to join Sunstone Hotels in its infancy. VP Sales And Marketing for Sunstone for six years. Departed after assisting in taking the company from private to public (the first time). Taught hosptitality admin, sales and customer service at a college in Autralia for 2 years and returned to found CVCT in 1999. I am excited about translating the rapidly morphing developments in the industry into real time tools that can be implemented by GMs, sales departments and revenue managers to generate revenue.
